Description：
RNase-Eraser™ is a non-alkaline, non-corrosive and non-carcinogenic cleaning solution that is highly active against RNase contamination. The solution contains a surfactant plus an agent that destroys RNase and DNase activity, RNase-Eraser™ has been demonstrated to inactivate better than 20μg of RNase A dried onto the bottom of a microcentrifuge tube. RNase-Eraser™ is stable and heat resistant. Storage for 2 weeks at 65°C will not reduce the quality of the product.
RNase-Eraser™ is ready-to-use for eliminating RNase and DNase from any surface including the interior of microcentrifuge tubes. By following the simple decontamination instructions below, RNase is completely inactivated and removed. PNase-Eraser™ should be stored at room temperature; at colder temperatures a precipitate may form which is easily brought into solution at 37℃.Prolonged contact of RNase-Eraser™ with skin may cause irritation; therefore, gloves should always be worn.
